If you need to cancel an order, please let us know right away. Please note that online print orders cannot be canceled as they are imaged immediately after ordering.
Also, note that canceling an order and not placing a new order will be subject to a fee up to 3% to offset to our credit card merchant fee charged to us even for a refunded order.
Was charged for the price of 3 develop and scans for 35mm instead of just one. I want my order cancelled and refunded so I can place a new one.

Call the customer service number listed on the order confirmation connections email or page. If the website has a 24-hour customer service line, this is faster than email. To ensure that your cancellation is received, try both the email/order cancellation form method and calling.
