COVID-19 Status (1)

Updated 4-2-2020 9:45AM PT
This status will be updated as the situation dictates.

Dear valued customers and friends,
Like you, we are closely following the COVID-19 situation as it continues to develop.

Most of our core operations are functional, and we are able to continue to accept your orders. Turnaround times will be increased by at least several days and in flux until we are able to resume normal operations.  In addition, for staff safety, additional time is being introduced once your order arrives at our P.O. Box and until your order is entered into lab production.  We are keeping only essential staff on-site to keep minimum basic operations running and will be practicing extra cleaning and social distancing as recommended by the CDC.

Due to substantially lower production capacity, we are requesting postponing sending in orders at this time if possible unless your orders are urgent.

Remote Customer Service staff will continue to be available throughout this crisis to help with your questions. You may experience additional wait times, and we appreciate your patience as we navigate this unprecedented situation.

  • Due to the labor involved, during this time, we will NOT be producing the following products.
  • Video and Movie Film Transfers
  • Canvas Prints
  • Aluminum Prints
  • Bamboo Blocks
  • Prints and Scans from Previously Developed Film (reprints)

You are welcome to submit those orders and they will be produced in the order received when we are back at full production.

We appreciate your continued support and trust in us, and we will do everything we can to return better than ever before. Our thoughts and well wishes are with you in taking your own precautions to stay vigilant, healthy and safe. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
