Frequently Asked Questions

You will be provided with a postage-paid shipping label at checkout that you can use to send as many cameras as you’d like. Just place your disposable camera(s) in a padded envelope or small box, attach the shipping label and mail it to our lab. You don’t need to remove the film — send the whole camera.

Don’t have access to a printer? You can request a free film mailer and we’ll send you a postage-paid envelope to send us your cameras.
No problem — just finish shooting before you mail it in, or send it as-is. We’ll develop all exposed frames. Any unexposed frames at the end of the roll simply won’t have images, which is totally normal.
Located in Southern California, mail reaches us in 2-5 days from almost anywhere in the US. Once the film is received in our lab, we develop, scan, and upload to your account in 1-3 days. You’ll receive an email with your web gallery as soon as your order is complete. We’ll then return your negatives with any prints that were ordered.
Yes! We develop all disposable camera types including color (C-41), black & white, and waterproof cameras. We develop Kodak FunSaver, Fujifilm QuickSnap, Ilford & more.
By default your order includes high-resolution digital scans delivered via a web gallery. You can add prints or even a USB drive at checkout. Physical prints are mailed back to you along with your negatives if you select that option.
Not a problem! You can download and print our order form and postage paid label. Simply fill it out and mail it to us — no online order necessary.
Standard Scan
Our standard scan is a 1024×1536 pixel scan. This scan is great for prints up to 5×7, emailing, Facebook etc.

Enhanced Scan *Reccomended
Our enhanced scan is a 2048×3072 pixel scan. This scan is perfect for prints up to 12×18 or viewing on larger screens.

Super Scan
Our super scan is a 4492×6774 pixel scan. This scan is for those who want professional resolution and ultimate flexibility. It works very well for advertising, giant prints, and large posters.
