Current Lab Status

Spring Seasonal Maintenance:

As we prepare for our busy summer months, we will be taking the next couple of weeks to perform some seasonal maintenance on some of our processing equipment.

The result will be that some turnaround times will be delayed a day or two.

To lighten the overall lab load for maintenance, for the next couple of weeks, we will pause online ordering from new customers.  Only customers who have had a login before 5-1-2024 will be able to place an online order.

Our goal is to resume taking orders from new customers again no later than 5-18-2024.  At that time, we will have an announcement here and on our social media.

Temporary Service Advisories:

We want to keep you in the loop about some temporary changes happening at The Darkroom.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to accommodate local drop-off or pickup at our facility right now. We’re exploring options to make things more convenient and accessible for local customers in the future.

We truly appreciate your patience as we navigate the high demand for film processing and ongoing supply chain issues with Kodak, FujiFilm, and Ilford. We’re working hard to make things run smoothly for everyone.
