You will be provided with a postage-paid shipping label at checkout that you can use to send as much film as you’d like. Just place your film in a padded envelope or small box, attach the shipping label and mail it to our lab.

Don’t have access to a printer? You can request a free film mailer and we’ll send you a postage-paid envelope to send us your cameras.
Our base rate is $6.95 for round-trip shipping. This includes a postage-paid shipping label that you can print at checkout, or you can request a free film mailer and we’ll send you a postage-paid envelope to send us your film.

We offer the best shipping rates in the industry. Most other labs will charge for return shipping but leave the inbound shipping up to you, often doubling the cost. Our flat rate includes inbound and return shipping.
Located in Southern California, mail reaches us in 2-5 days from almost anywhere in the US. Most C-41 and B&W film in cartridge format are scanned within 7–8 days. E-6 and mixed film types typically take 8–9 days. You’ll receive an email with your web gallery as soon as your order is complete. We’ll then return your negatives with any prints that were ordered.

By default your order includes high-resolution digital scans delivered via a web gallery. You can add prints or even a USB drive at checkout. Physical prints are mailed back to you along with your negatives if you select that option.
Not a problem! You can download and print our order form and postage paid label. Simply fill it out and mail it to us — no online order necessary.

Standard Scan
Standard scans are great for social sharing, email, and prints up to 5×7.

Enhanced Scan *Reccomended
Enhanced scans are ideal for editing, cropping, prints up to 11×14, and viewing on larger screens.

Super Scan
Super scans provide professional-level resolution and maximum flexibility for editing, large prints, posters, and commercial use.

If you found an APS cartridge, look for the 1 through 4 number indicators on the end of the cartridge. If the film is developed the tab will be at #4.
