Phoenix 200 II is the more refined second version of Harman’s groundbreaking color film – the first color film built from the ground up in over a decade. While it keeps the unique character of the original, version II features finer grain, improved exposure latitude, lower contrast, and much better shadow detail. Colors are more balanced with a subtle magenta lean, making it especially flattering for skin tones and far more versatile overall. Available in both 35mm and 120 (which is our favorite), it delivers a distinct, slightly expired-film aesthetic but with far more consistency than actual expired film. If you’re looking to try something different and artistic, Phoenix 200 II is a standout – grab it while you can at FilmPhotographyStore.com.

Some people get Purple Shadows…

Some people get a magenta shift…

Some get a green/yellow sheen…

I color corrected carefully and I got a slight magenta shift – medium/low lattitude film that really say my daughters skin tones in a real way…lent lots of character and positive grain…; as long as I exposed dead on or over +1. Expose it dead on for your subject or +1 if you are not sure. Develop yourself/scan/and color correct yourself for best results. Makes creating a unique look a breeze!Show more
