Watch your shadows
The film is reasonably priced with good availability. Images in bright daylight or with flash are crisp and colorful, but this emulsion’s mucky green cast is no good for cloudy or shadowy conditions, unless mucky green is what you’re after. If you must shoot when it’s cloudy, don’;t forget your warming filter!
My favorite Fuji
I’m a huge fan of the traditional “Fuji” look, so I’ve tried and shot a lot of their film, and this is hands down my favorite! In my experience, C200 gives you the Fuji greens and reds in heaps, along with a lower grain and clearer image than Superia has given me. The only downside is that it is only 200 speed, so your options will get more limited in lower lighting conditions.
Great film stock for low price!
This film did exceptionally well for skin tones and natures shots, it’s relatively inexpensive and can be found in lots of places like Walmart.
