How are your operations affected?

Dear valued customers and friends,
Like you, we are closely following the situation as it continues to develop.

UPDATE 5-28-2020 – Although subject to change, we expect to open back up to new customers on June 1st and have full product availability.

As of May 15th, 5:00 PM PT we are limiting new orders to existing customers.  Unfortunately, unless you have an existing account, you will not be able to place an order or download an order form.  We have not come to this decision lightly as we understand the inconvenience.  We hope in the meantime, you can visit a local lab for your processing if your needs are urgent.

Most of our core operations are functional, and we are able to continue to accept your mail-in orders. Turnaround times will be increased by at least several days and in flux until we are able to resume normal operations.  In addition, for staff safety and load balancing, additional time (up to 7 working days) is being introduced once your order arrives at our P.O. Box and until your order is entered into lab production.   You will receive an email once your order enters production. You will not receive an email that your order has arrived from the post office, nor can we inform you that it has. Please keep a record of your inbound tracking number.

Due to substantially lower production capacity, we are requesting postponing sending in orders at this time if possible unless your orders are urgent.

Remote Customer Service staff will continue to be available throughout this crisis to help with your questions. You may experience additional wait times, and we appreciate your patience as we navigate this unprecedented situation.

Due to the labor or restrictions involved, during this time, we will NOT be producing the following products:

  • Video and Movie Film Transfers
  • Canvas Prints
  • Aluminum Prints
  • Bamboo Blocks
  • Prints and Scans from Previously Developed Film (reprints)
  • Outbound Mailer Requests
  • International Outbound Shipping with the exception of Canada

You are welcome to submit those orders and they will be produced in the order received when we are back at full production.
